Field service software connects through Zapier. A lead comes in, we answer it, qualify it and book it — then it lands in your system as a new customer or request.

Housecall Pro. The straightforward one. We can trigger on new customers, scheduled jobs, completed jobs and payments, and push new leads back in.

Jobber. We can create clients, requests, quotes and jobs, and trigger off new clients and new or sent quotes.

ServiceTitan. Possible, with two things you should know before we get on a call. The Zapier connection is currently in open beta. And ServiceTitan only opens its API on The Works and Legacy service agreements — if you are on a different package, no one can integrate with it, us included. We will ask which package you are on early, so neither of us wastes time.

Here is the part most agencies will not tell you: most of what we do does not need an integration at all.

Missed-call follow-up, call answering, review requests, estimate follow-up, waking up your old customer list — none of that touches your field service software. It runs on your phone number and your customer list.

So if you are on something obscure, or the API is closed, or you are still on paper — it still works. You get the booked job the way you want it. A text, an email, an appointment on your calendar. You put it into your system the way you always have.

The integration is a convenience. It is not the product.

We push one way, not two. Leads and bookings flow from us into your system. We do not offer two-way sync, because sync conflicts create duplicate customers and wrong invoices, and we would rather not be the reason your books are off.

Zapier may be a separate cost. Depending on your volume you may need a paid Zapier plan. We will tell you which tier before you sign anything, not after.

Every shop is different. We scope the connection on the call rather than promising it on a web page.
